Beschreibung: In turbulent times of Brexit "battles" we look at the way Germany and the Germans are depicted in English novels from 1871 to the present. We will necessarily cover aspects of European History, Stereotypes and Prejudices. Each seminar session will be preceded by 10 minutes of <Current Events in Britain>. Regular attendance is expected and will be monitored.
