Beschreibung: Lecturer: Dr. Andrea Kliewer, Team Scientific Integrity
is a neuropharmacologist and junior research group leader in pain research at the University Hospital Jena. She has years of research and teaching experience and has been conducting seminars, workshops, and lectures on good scientific practice at various universities and institutes since 2016. Additionally, she is a member of the Scientific Integrity team. She also holds a master's degree in
personal, business, and research coaching. Since 2016, she has been working part-time as a coach and consultant, specializing in matters of good scientific practice, among other areas.
Content:
The course provides participants with expertise in research ethics, offering them a space to reflect on their values and attitudes as researchers. It also allows them to develop skills for managing conflict situations in their research practice. Participants will gain knowledge of the principles of good scientific practice and enhance their ability to make responsible decisions in their daily research activities.
