Beschreibung: Anglo-Indian short stories are short stories written by English authors in context of the English colonization of India. They encapsulate themes of intercultural contact and conflict just the same as romance, deceit, wisdom or even murder. In course, we will read and analyse a selection of different short stories by authors such as
-Flora Annie Steel
-Rudyard Kipling
-Bithia Mary Croker
-Alice Perrin
-Maud Diver

You will have to acquire a reader containing the selection of short stories in the copyshop “Dialog” (Süsterstraße 29, reader will be made available from 26 February 2024 onwards).
