Beschreibung:This English language course covers selected topics in Management Accounting and Control, with a focus on Coordination and Incentives. The course textbook is Merchant and van der Stede: Management Control Systems.
The course is a combination of lectures with integrated exercises and case discussions. Students have to prepare cases and discuss these cases in the meetings. There is no separate exercise to the course, but the exercise parts of the course are included in the regular meetings.
After successfully participating in the course, you receive 5 ECTS-points for a Master module.
Successful participation requires you to successfully complete casework and pass a written or oral exam.
